Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the business leadership team, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives.

- Align HR strategies with business goals and drive the execution of HR initiatives across the retail units.

- Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

Talent Management:

- Develop and execute talent management strategies including workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.

- Drive a culture of high performance through the implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Identify key talent and high-potential employees, developing plans for their growth and retention.

Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues proactively.

- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical HR practices.

Organizational Development:

- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business strategies.

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development, supporting career growth and development opportunities.

HR Operations:

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance.

- Ensure HR processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

- Monitor HR metrics and use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and inform decision-making.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that DEI principles are integrated into all HR and business practices.

- Develop and execute strategies to build a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace culture.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.

- Act as a liaison between the HR function and other business units, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
