This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in TA, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high- performing teams and developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Lead and manage the TA team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high- quality recruitment services.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Implement innovative sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard- to- fill positions.
- Utilize data- driven insights to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
HR Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on HR- related matters, including organizational development, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Employee Development and Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Identify and address training and development needs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development through various training programs and initiatives.

- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
