HR Head
THE POSITION:
- The HR Head will serve as a trusted advisor and a key member of the management team. HR head will have responsibility for all aspects of the human resources function across all businesses.
- S/he will take ownership for HR Functions (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Talent Development).
- Cultural sensitivity, ability to influence stakeholders, hands on with HR operations, aware of labor laws / compliances will be key attributes of the individual.
- This role will support an employee base of approximately 500+ on roll and off roll employees.
- The workforce is distributed across Noida and Agra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing HR best practices for the company
- Implement strong connect and communication rigor with employees and leaders
- Drive automation in HR and streamline current processes
- Define key metrics to track HR functional performance
- Introduce, monitor and drive performance management process. Lead the goal setting; help define KRAs and KPIs for the teams; facilitate open/honest performance discussions
- Ensure a robust succession planning process. Facilitate risk-impact analysis of leadership talent and proactively create retention strategies.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
- Oversee and manage HR operations, payroll and compliances. Run an effective and efficient HR operations spanning all aspects of transactional HR (Hire to Retire)
- Create a collaborative and engaged workforce based on shared goals and accountability.
- Minimize risk to organization by handling employee relations and compliance matters proactively
- Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and maintenance of compensation and benefit programs.
- The individual will lead the compensation planning process and year end cycles
- Implement reward and recognition program for the company
- Manage the entire HR team and drive teams performance to achieve the overall business and HR goals
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR experience with experience of leading HR function and teams
- HR Generalist skills in all areas of HR required;
- Excellent consulting, coaching, communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong operating discipline and execution capabilities
- High on empathy and ability to adapt in response to business pressures and people challenges
