- Enhancing and elevating employee attraction, engagement, development and retention levels in the organization
- Implementing balanced scorecard-based goal & objective the setting process to align KPIs & goals (individual, functional &organizational) across the organization as well as with managerial level in the organization hierarchy.
- Designing and implementing new total reward philosophy and a system geared towards attracting the best talent from the market and recognizing, rewarding, and retaining both high performers as well Hi-PODs in the organization.
