Head - Human Resources - Real Estate

- Lead the HR function and work closely with business teams to provide the complete gamut of HR services viz. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development

- Manpower Planning and Budgeting Rationalization & Rightsizing of Manpower.

- Implement leadership development framework and programs aligned to the same for workforce skill enhancement & facilitate grooming of line managers and functional heads to take on larger roles in future.

- Role expectations, job descriptions, skills inventory, competency development.

- Mapping, succession planning, Job rotations.

- Planning & Administration of pre-employment & induction training-technical behavioral.

- Ensure effective implementation of various HR policies and processes and also adoption of state of the art IT solutions in various HR processes

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that various HR initiatives and programs get implemented within set HR budgets

- Formulating Annual Operating Planning (AOP) for HR in line with business AOP, strategic programs and vision for long range and annual priorities of business Designing and implementing culture building exercise uniformly across all teams and creating a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for career advancement, self-development and work life balance.-

- Designing strategic staffing plans, compensation and benefits structure to support organizational goals.

- Training need identification, analysis & organizing training to bridge skill gaps & Feedbacks.

- Creating an organization culture where rules, processes and policies binds the organization together.

- Implementation of HR strategies in-line with business requirements, managed HR services to support the overall business strategy of the company

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that various HR initiatives and programs get implemented within set HR budgets
