Head - Human Resources - Quant Trading Firm

Callisto is working with Gurgaon based algo trading multinational client, who is expanding their centre in Gurgaon, hence looking to hire senior HR professional with 13+ years of work experience and managed end to end ownership of employee life cycle.

Potential incumbent need to report directly to Founders

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead employee life-cycle processes such as organization design & planning, change management, talent acquisition, comp & ben, retention strategies, training and development, employee relations, engagement, & compliance for the India division.

- The person would be the primary point of contact for teams in India and global.

- Ensure company gets access to excellent quant talent from Algo trading companies

- Maintaining overall employee discipline, morale and satisfaction: RETENTION

- Vendor engagement and management.

Key Criteria to qualify for the role:

- Qualified master degree with solid 13+ years of work experience in managing end to end human resource management.

- Solid people and senior stakeholder management skills
