We are looking for Head of HR for a offering highly innovative and sustainable solutions provider in the power sector based in Jaipur.

Education:

- Regular MBA in HR or MSW/ Master of Personnel Management.

ROLE:

- Create and maintain a knowledgeable, skilled and motivated Human Resource in the Company.

- Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations on a sustained basis.

- Develop and implement HR systems and processes and institutionalize them for a high degree of maturity.

Experience requirement:


- Total Experience of 16 - 18 years


- Prior experience in HR within the electronic manufacturing industry to understand sector-specific challenges and workforce needs.

- Experience in managing organizational change and driving HR transformations.

- Strong knowledge and experience in developing OD-HRD function along with a strong GET program.

- Strong on legal compliance aspects / other manufacturing unit systems

- Having worked in a multinational is a plus

Responsibilities:


Strategic HR:

- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with promoter goals.

- Develop and Drive key initiatives

- Align and drive the group's Employer branding

Staffing And Employment:


- Man Power Planning

- Recruitment, Selection & Placement

- Induction -Orientation

- Transfer, Promotion, Discharge, Retirement, & Resignation etc.

Wage And Salary Administration:


- Wage/Salary Administration

- Maintenance of Pay Roll

- Performance Appraisal

- Incentives and Compensation

Morale & Motivation:


- Non-financial incentives,

- Grievances Handling of staff & Workman

Employee Services And Benefits:


- Safety, Employee Counseling

- Recreational and Welfare Services, Uniform, Canteen

- Benefits - Leave, Pension, Gratuity, PF and other supplementary items.

- Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc. if and when needed.

Administration:

- House Keeping

- Transport

- Canteen

- Pantry

- Contractual Manpower handling

- Discipline.

- Travel desk

- Medical Room & Hospitals

- Statutory compliances

- PF, ESI, Factory Act, Bonus Act, Standing order, POSH and other statutory return applicable. Liaison with Local Administration, Labor, PF & ESIC officials,
