Education:
- Regular MBA in HR or MSW/ Master of Personnel Management.
ROLE:
- Create and maintain a knowledgeable, skilled and motivated Human Resource in the Company.
- Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations on a sustained basis.
- Develop and implement HR systems and processes and institutionalize them for a high degree of maturity.
Experience requirement:
- Total Experience of 16 - 18 years
- Prior experience in HR within the electronic manufacturing industry to understand sector-specific challenges and workforce needs.
- Experience in managing organizational change and driving HR transformations.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing OD-HRD function along with a strong GET program.
- Strong on legal compliance aspects / other manufacturing unit systems
- Having worked in a multinational is a plus

- Safety, Employee Counseling
