Role: Head of Human Resources


Location: Hyderabad [ Corporate Office ]


Mode of Work: WFO [ 6 Days ]


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.


- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.


- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.


- Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and retention.


- Partner with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.


- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.


- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.


- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.


Qualifications:


- MBA in HR from a reputed university.


- 15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience preferably in an Power / Energy / Infrastructure industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.


- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.


- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
