Job description :
- Lead internal exercises like PMS, Manpower Planning, Policy Changes, HRMS, Guide promotion decisions and compensation plan revisions
- Review and update employment contracts and agreements
- Monitor employee attrition, employee satisfaction
Required Candidate profile :- Age Max 45-50
- 12-20 years of experience in HR, with last 5-6 years as a head of a medium-sized
- Industrial organization
- Should have knowledge of Industrial Relations for Manufacturing Organizations
