About the Client: Our Client is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based out of Indore and is looking for a Head HR/ CHRO
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the end-to-end life cycle of the employees and introduce HR best practices
- Liaison with other functional/departmental head to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development. Ensure that they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements
- Designing a performance oriented culture by designing the performance management system
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives like Talent Management, performance management, reward & recognition, employee policies, training & development initiatives at the organization
- To develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department and focus on culture building
- To tweak the HR activities and customize them basis the need of the organization
- Drive employee engagement and track the performance to switch up the productivity
- Play an instrumental role in scaling up the organization with the expansion plans
- Actively engage in ensuring Payroll, compliances are being followed
As a successful candidate:
- You come with 15 to 25 years of experience in Pharma/ Manufacturing space
- You come with an experience of handling an employee base of over 1500 employees
