Position: Head of Human Resources.

Job Summary:

The Head of HR is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This position oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage the organization's most valuable asset - its people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's overall strategic objectives.

- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent. Develop sourcing strategies, streamline hiring processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment. Address conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development. Provide guidance to managers on setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues.

- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Identify training needs, coordinate training initiatives, and measure the effectiveness of training interventions.

- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct benchmarking studies, monitor market trends, and make recommendations to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and industry best practices to mitigate legal risks and maintain a fair and equitable work environment.

- HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including payroll, HRIS administration, recordkeeping, and reporting. Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline HR workflows and enhance data accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.

- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization size.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

- This position typically operates in a professional office environment.

- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or training sessions.
