- Looking for HR Head for Thane region with MBA in HR or equivalent who can drive Performance Management, Policy design and Recruitment across different locations.

- You need to have 15-20 years experience in HR driving multiple initiatives, and lead the HR dept.

- Contributing to the business and built strong talent to support the business and also driven lot of HR initiatives and programs and built constant alignment.

- Someone from Manufacturing background will be of help. Someone from Pharma/Biotechnology or equivalent can apply for this position.

- Should have good leadership skills

- Strong on HR functional skills

- Ability to drive change Management program

- Able to work with multiple level of management.

- Ability to contribute and help in scaling up of the business.

- Some one who has worked in Biotechnology/Pharma sector/Nutraceuticals or any manufacturing sector in the health sector will be of help
