Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving and facilitating Organisational transformation and implementation at the site from the HR end.
- Ensure the implementation and application of HR directives, policies, processes, systems, and programs and strive for best practices in standardization.
- Contribute to all employee relations related to their supporting teams and in doing so ensures full compliance with applicable employment legislation.
- Support, and lead as required organizational changes, learning and development, Employee engagement, and providing appropriate HR solutions to the business as required from time to time.
Experience Required:
- Candidate should have experience in industries like Chemical, Pharma, Heavy Engineerings, petrochemicals, etc. preferred, someone who has been part of complex manufacturing setups.
- Strong experience in compliance and will be able to handle the ER setup and HR processes.
