Post Graduates with excellent communication skills both verbal and written , well versed with, having experience in and responsible for :

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management

- Recruiting, selecting, grading, planning the assignment and professional development of staff members

- Execution of all basic HR functions including staffing, training and development, motivation, and maintenance

- Identify staffing needs and initiate measures for human resource development

- Processes are in accordance with the rules and regulations

- Oversee payroll including engagement with external consultants and performance evaluation systems

- Strong recruiting capacities and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

- Manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Ability to handle multiple Stake holders at global levels

- Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience

- Building systems and policies that ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

- Ability to lead and motivate team to deliver

- Candidates having experience or understanding in working with Multilateral or bilateral organization's or NGO /INGO' Preferably European Organization's. Experience of working as per Indian Government rules and regulations.

- Proficiency in European language will be a big plus though not necessary.
