Designation: HR Head

Experience: 8- 12 years

Location: Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities:

- To support the organization's goals and objectives, develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs, making sure that HR efforts are in line with business priorities and legal requirements.

- Make sure that all HR procedures and practices adhere to employment laws, labor laws, and corporate policies. Stay current on legal requirements and industry best practices.

- To improve staff morale and motivation, develop and implement employee engagement programs, including as communication channels, team- building exercises, and recognition programs.

Payroll Management:

- Employ HR analytics and data to keep an eye on HR metrics, follow trends, and pinpoint areas where HR procedures and practices need to be improved.
