- To independently the HR function for the company with over 2000 employees across India. Provide leadership to the function , bring operational and strategic competence in the function,be functional advisor to business and have developed performance oriented culture and systems. Turnover >1200 cr

Candidate :

- Matured senior HR leader who has worked independently for a few years as HR Business partner, conceptually strong, ability to work and influence CEO , can stand up to extreme pressure and hold hi/her ground, great communication and influence ability. Having worked across sectors from Manufacturing , FMCG etc at some stage of career. Understand IR .
