Desired profile
- Qualification: A graduate engineer (Preferable) with an excellent extracurricular record. This graduation qualification will be augmented by a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management from a leading institute like TISS / XLRI/Symbiosis Pune. Scholastic record in School Final Examination and Graduation should be with good first division
- 20 years of relevant experience with at least 10 years in a leadership role heading the HR/IR activities for a large engineering, construction or project management company. Exposure to Heavy Engineering (Boiler/ Turbines etc.) industry would be an added advantage.
- Age: 45-52 years

Talent Acquisition and Management
- Experience in International recruitments/ Global talent - Attract, retain the Talent.

- Manage Flexi employee model (contract Labour/Temporary employees) as per Business requirements.
Facilities Management
Client has a huge complex in Hazira which houses the different Segments. This role would be responsible for managing the Facilities of the entire complex.
- Patient accumulation of professional accomplishments. Client believes that the implementation of significant HR initiatives takes 5 years and frequent job changes will deter this process.
- Developing a network and good contacts with the vendors of HR services.
- Excellent oral (public speaking) and written communication skills.
- Leadership gravitas and the ability to "earn" a seat on the leadership team as a respected member who has the all round capacity to contribute in business issues as much as presenting and leading discussions on strategic HR issues.
- A thought leader in HR circles even if the Circle of influence is restricted to a town/city where the individual is posted.
- Strong fundamental skills in handling industrial relations combining tact. patience, fair and firm character while being well conversant with Labour Laws.
