Purpose of the Role
- Conceptualize, formulate and implement Human Resource strategies & policies which are in line with organization culture, values, vision and mission.

- Human Resource planning as per business needs.
- Support in building a performance oriented culture and implement the review system in line with the global mandates.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve and maintain amenable employee relations.
- Periodic review of Human Resource Polices, communication and effective implementation.
- Provide support & service to the organization and employees for building a motivated team which delivers at its best so that the business needs are met and company targets are achieved.
- Responsible for Talent acquisition, integration, retention and development.
- Responsible for identification of training and development needs and support the organization in building capabilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant statutes & laws related to in the organization.
- Responsible for administration upkeep.
- Responsible for developing people in the team.
Organizational / Management / Leadership Role
- Reporting to CMD

- Management (CLT)
- All Employees - Customers, Government Officials like statutory bodies, legal bodies, External Agencies like manpower consultancies and educational institutions.
Qualification
- A Full time degree in MSW/MBA in Human Resource with 15 to 20 year industry experience preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Skills & Knowledge Behavioural Competencies
- Experience in working with and implementation of modern Human Resource processes & systems.
- Should have proven experience in people development, cross functional peer management and team management.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills
