About our Client :
- Our client is a leader in the medical devices space. With recent mergers of their legal entities, they are looking for a seasoned HR Head to lead their Pan India Operations for 200 employees.
Job Description -
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA with 5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- This role offers the opportunity to lead the HR function for PAN India
Responsibilities:
- Managing the HR function end to end.
- Develop HR strategies and work with Directors, General Managers, and Heads of Departments to achieve business plans. Oversee the execution of HR systems and procedures for Pan India business
- Lead HR team to provide guidance and support on the full range of HR activities
- Lead the entire organization restructuring by working closely with business
- Implement employee welfare programs to ensure employees, well-being and work-life balance
- Develop and implement plans for Talent Development, with particular focus on Career Management and Successor Planning
- Lead Recruitment and Selection while putting a robust recruitment model in place
- Ensuring new employees Induction.
- Advise on guidelines and market practice for all Compensation and Benefits matters
