Job Description - Head of HR
We are looking for an experienced Head of HR with 10+ years of experience to build and lead the HR function from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Sales Training, Organizational Development (OD) Initiatives, Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management Systems (PMS), and Succession Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop the HR function, policies, and processes.
- Lead talent acquisition, ensuring seamless hiring and onboarding.
- Design and implement sales training programs to enhance performance.
- Drive OD initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and culture.
- Develop and execute L&D strategies to upskill employees.
- Implement and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) for employee growth and evaluation.
- Develop and execute Succession Planning strategies to build leadership pipelines.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Implement performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in hiring, L&D, OD, PMS, sales training, and succession planning.
- Strong ability to build HR functions from scratch in a growing organization.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales teams.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
