Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives.
- Manage employee relations and administering employee benefits programs
- Manage the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employment practices.
- Build and develop the HR team, providing leadership and guidance.
- Engage with stakeholders in other countries to address hiring needs and ensure alignment with global HR standards.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes and ensure adherence across the organization.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an HR leader, preferably in the manufacturing/packaging sector.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies around ELC.
- Proven track record in managing employee relations.
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
