- Looking to hire a Head of HR with around twenty years of experience in Manufacturing Industry. The roles could include.

- Develop and implement an overarching HR strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

- Oversee all recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and workforce management processes.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and reduces employee turnover.

- Ensure the company compliances with all labor laws and employment standards and to ensure 100% HR compliances across.

- Administer payroll and benefits as per defined standards.

- Ensure compensation packages are aligned with industry standards.

- Implement comprehensive employee wellness and mental health programs.

- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

- Address employee concerns and grievances, mediating in conflicts or disputes.

- Lead workplace diversity initiatives, promoting an inclusive company culture.

- Leadership hiring of Senior Manager and above.

- Design and effective deployment of recruitment strategy and channel mix.

- Effective Deployment of Leadership Development and top talent Programs for Senior Manager and above.

- Design and deployment of HR Strategy may be internally/with SME support.

- Design and deployment of HR policies in line with business strategy and industry standards.

- Design and deployment of HR target operating model and HR Structure to drive HR Process efficiencies.

- Design and deployment of HR budgets.

- IR strategy and implementation including wages negotiation.

- Accountable for HR payroll operating efficiency including timely payment of salaries, incentives, full and final settlement etc.

- Ensure closure of any HR audit actions through their respective teams.

- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of PMS.

- Succession planning for key roles (Apex minus one & below) - internal staffing vs external staffing.

- Lead HR Digitalization and automation for Organization.

- To Ensure availability, upkeep of all Admin and other facilities including Employee Transport, Security, Housekeeping, horticulture, seating arrangements, water, Canteen, attendance infra, CCTV, building admin etc. for corporate office and MD office.
