Responsibilities:
- Handling overall HR Operations, Administration activities, and Employee relations.
- Drafting & issuing the letters (joining, appraisal, termination letters etc.)
- Responsible for overall employee lifecycle including Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & benefits, Employee Welfare, Attendance & Leave Management, and exit formalities.
- Conducting orientation and induction of new employees
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Hiring and retaining the new talent.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal/statutory compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage payrolls of the company.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g quarterly/annual performance reviews).
- Develop and timely update fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Understanding and application of KRA's & KPI's.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Making strategic decisions for company to hire, develop and retain qualified employees
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Act as the point of contact regarding people related issues
- Manage employee grievances
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Required Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Through out first division from 10th grade to Graduation/Post graduation.
- Candidates with complete experience in the Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, laws, and regulations, with a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficient with different job portals like Naukri, Indeed, InstaHyre, LinkedIn etc.
- Proficient with HR Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
- Well versed with Payroll and compliances management.
- Proven records of great culture development and employee engagement activities.
- Knowledge of compliances and Keka is added advantage.
