- TISS, XLRI (full-time), and SIBM (Pune) very strongly preferred
- IMT Ghaziabad, MDI and SCMHRD, OK to evaluate
Relevant post : MBA experience needed is 14 to 18 years

- Performance Management processes

Time Office : Establish and implement strong People Operations processes - Attendance, leave, incentive plans on the shopfloor; Initiatives to promote teamwork, safety, and enhance productivity
Employee Relations : Ensure strong Employee Relations by creating various communication forums for employees and ensure top down and Bottom up communication (Town halls; Small group meetings; Ideas studio, Discussion Forums).
Ensure Welfare, Safety and Engagement of employees Compliance - Take care of all Factory Related statutory Compliance - ESIC, PF, factories Act, CLRAA, Industrial Disputes Act compliance.
Capability Building ( Training) & Culture Building initiatives for all levels including Supervisors and Managers
Employee Services : Take care of Employee Services (Housekeeping, Facilities Management, Security, and Catering) at the Manufacturing Facility and Repair factory.
