Our client is a leading player in the manufacturing space that is looking to set up a greenfield project in Bangalore.

Description

Reporting into the CEO, the Head HR will be an integral part of the Leadership team and partner to the CEO, in setting up of the new factory

- Build an HR function that partners the business with a growth mindset while setting a strong foundation of people operations and best-in-class people practices

- Function as a strategic business advisor to the leadership of each business unit to meet key organizational objectives. Coach business heads on leadership, change management, talent engagement, and for a high-performance and growth-oriented mindset

- Build a high-performing and engaged team that is capable of supporting high growth environment of the business

Profile

- At least 15 years experience as a HR professional with experience in Manufacturing industry

- Experience in automobile/ auto-ancillary/ engineering/ heavy industries/ chemicals/ cement/ tyres/ steel/ oil & gas

- Must have experience in setting up of Green field large scale manufacturing plants

- Strong Liasoning experience with various government bodies especially in Karnataka

- Should have managed a workforce of 2000+ employees
