Role Title : Head HR
Location : Ahmedabad
Experience:15 to 20 years in Manufacturing
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a Master's degree from Top institutions like TISS, XLRI, XISS, XIM etc.
Position Overview:
As the Human Resources Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the HR function within the organization. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's overall objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment. Your expertise in HR management will contribute to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate and address HR needs and trends.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures to support the organization's culture and values.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent management system, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and utilize feedback to drive improvements in HR practices and processes.
3. Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure market competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies.
- Support the professional growth and career development of employees.
4. HR Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
HR Operations and Systems:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a Master's degree from Top institutions like TISS, XLRI, XISS, XIM etc.
- Proven experience as a strategic HR leader, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
