5) Candidate Profile :
- Good PG Qualification in HR
- Around 20 years of Post-qualification experience
- A good combination of Hands-on and Team development and Management Capabilities(As per the demands of the situation) covering entire HR and IR functions with strong and dynamic mid-sized manufacturing organisations with good systems and processes.Latest 5 years as no.1 in mid-sized or no.2 in larger organisations with Corporate and plant locations and sizeable employee strength and good Corporate Culture. Expertise/Experience/Knowledge in most areas listed as part of JD above.
