Client Details: Promoter led Pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai

Description:

- Enable the implementation of key Talent & Management Development mandates as per directives of Top Management

- Assist in the identifying & grooming of potential functional heads within the organization by recommending appropriate development programmes

- Engender services & a training framework leveraging corporate-wide learning & knowledge management systems, designed to seamlessly support the culture of a Learning Organisation & goaled in at improving business results

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans

- Support the effective management of the budget through maintaining accurate records & processing services, ensuring delivery within approved financial framework.

- Design and execute the overall IR strategy for India and manage any escalations across all manufacturing facilities

- Enhance & monitor effectiveness of performance management & potential assessment process. Ensure standardized Panel Review Process within Area as per Regional Guidelines

- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires

Profile:

- You should have experience of working in sales driven organizations with strong exposure to managing end to end HR

- You should have 15-20 years of experience in core HR Business Partnering with experience of working in leadership positions

- Experience in a manufacturing setup preferably pharmaceutical domain
