Urgent Requirement for Head HR - (Only Female Candidates)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Devising an overall HR Strategic Intent & Vision for the SBU which are aligned to facilitate the delivery of Organization's Strategic Plan.
- Ensure SBU Ex Com effectiveness and Right Management in Place for Business Substantiality.
- Drive Initiatives to Build an engaged & high Performing Workforce
- Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations
- Predict the kind of talent needed and hence advice on mid to long-term talent imperatives
- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues at the plant, managing expectations throughout and maintain cordial & Harmonious Industrial Relation
