The HR Head is a strategic leader, the role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand organizational needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent.
- Develop effective talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee relations programs.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Performance Management:- Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of qualified talent.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the development and management of competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
HR Technology:- Implement and manage HRIS systems to streamline HR processes.
- Leverage technology for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Measure and analyze employee engagement metrics.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion DEI initiatives and create an inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization.
