Job Summary -
Position - Head HR
Experience - Must have a minimum of 15 years of Experience
Workforce Management - Must have experience in the management of 1200-plus workforce
Working Days - 6 Days
Work Timing - 9.30 to 6 pm
Qualification - MBA
Job Location - Ahmedabad
Job Responsibility: -
- Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment and selection strategies and processes to attract and hire the best candidates for various job positions in the organization.
- Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with employees to nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee the development and implementation of employee engagement programs, handle employee grievances, and help resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- Responsible for identifying the training needs of employees and developing training programs to meet those needs.
- Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with these laws and regulations, and monitor compliance to minimize legal risks to the organization.
- Responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems that align with the organization's goals and objectives in co-ordination with managers.
