Overall Purpose of the Role:

End to end responsibility for all HR matters for the company

This role is a leadership role, heading HR for the entity in India. The role will be responsible for all aspects of HR for the Entity, working closely with the CEO. This role reports into the Group India HR Head with a dotted line to the CEO and has a team of 9 . The role will be based in Chennai

- Lead end-to-end HR for the Entity in India - develop and execute on the HR functional strategy for the entity. As a part of the Management team work closely with senior stakeholders within the company and at the India level to build and drive the People agenda for the entity.

- Design and implement initiatives across all aspects of HR - Organizational Design, Talent Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Manage local legal entity people policies in line with local labour law and collective Union agreements and oversee country labour relations tasks.

- Drive continuous improvement of digital tools and systems within HR, streamlining (including digitization) of HR Operations processes.

- Own and deliver on the HR budget for the entity. Build and develop the HR team by providing guidance and coaching as required.

The role needs 2-3 days travel to Regional / Branch offices every month.

- Would be handling a large team of Sr HR people

- Would be responsible for 1200+ employees' base and large services team.

- Would also be responsible for manufacturing units.
