- Leading a team of plant HRs and corporate team - Guiding and leading them
- Extreme Stake holder Intervention designing and implementing the HR strategy, managing change and transformation, designing the organization structure, overseeing the performance management system, developing HR policies
- Extreme Focus on learning and development
- Talent Management - Employee Life cycle
- Well versed with SAP, Success Factor,
- Expert in implementing New processes / systems/ go digital
