Brief: Responsible for entire Business Vertical TA, OD, L&D and entire Talent Management
Experience in Manufacturing unit as Head HR handling entire plant operations & IR
And also having corporate experience as HRBP or GM HR for BU with entire Talent Management of 2000+ employees including Sales and Marketing
Reporting to CHRO
Work Days:
5 days and two alternate Saturdays

Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and policies related to employee compensation, benefits, health, safety, and more.
- Create and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development.
- Supervise HR personnel, provide expert guidance, and oversee all HR activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and communicate with labor unions.
- Ensure compliance with legal aspects and internal policies.
- Analyze data using HR metrics and report to senior management
