Position Name : Head HRM-BU
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure implementation of BU level HRM strategy within the Division; monitor HR and IR practices and issues; and ensure alignment with operations of other Divisions in the
- BU to enable the realization of BU's goals and create an atmosphere of performance excellence that maximizes delivery of business results.
1.Implement the HRM strategy for operations within units to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals.
2.Manage effective implementation of HR processes within division to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce.
3.Monitor industrial relations and contractual workers management within units through continuous communication to promote culture of participation and arrive at win- win settlements.
4.Ensure quality of service delivery and knowledge management to drive process excellence.
5.Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification Requirement-(Full Time) PG Diploma/ Degree with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management/ Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare from a recognized institute.
Experience-
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the IR department of an organization of a similar scale and sector including handling of contract workforce.
- Exposure to dealing with union on employee relations matters

Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state
