Position Name : Head HRM COE

Responsibilities

- Syndicate and collaborate with Business Units and develop best in class policies to ensure alignment with the organization's business strategy. Spearhead, design and develop processes across all levels and monitor its implementation across all levels.

- Institute mechanisms and strategies in place to ensure effective governance and implementation of best practices to establish and maintain a high performance working environment. Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance.

JOB REQUIREMENT -

Qualification Requirement-(Full Time) PG Diploma/ Degree with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management/ Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare from a recognized institute.

Experience-

Must have minimum 10 years of experience in core functions of HRM.

Technical Competencies Required-

1.-Strong technical expertise of HR/ IR concepts

2.Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state.

3.Understanding of existing & future Group Dynamics of various demography

Note : 

Primary Skills : Compensation management, Performance Management System, Psychometric testing skill, Competency assessment, Consequence Mgmt, Reward and recognition methodologies, Job evaluation techniques

Secondary Skills : Consequence Management, Employees Reward system

Education : MSW, MBA/PGDM

Branches : HR/Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management
