1. Manage the company Culture, Values and propagate the same across the company

2. Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units

3. Constantly improving processes, developing and valuating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions, and activities and implementing the same

4. Efficiently be able to handle the appraisals as and when required by coordinating with the respective managers.

5. Prepare, generate, and analyse ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to personnel information and data, including but not limited to issues such as staffing levels, turnover, absenteeism, compensation, promotions, etc.

6. Prepares and keeps a track of key HR metrics and KPIs like attrition, cost of hire, employee satisfaction score and updates management on the same.

7. Maintain and expand knowledge and understanding of existing laws/regulations affecting Human

8. Participate, as appropriate, in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations problems, and anticipate problems whenever possible, and develop, recommend, and initiate appropriate steps for resolution

9. Manage and take control of the HRMS and transformation process if any delegated

10. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

11. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required

12. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)

13. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention by imparting right Training.

14. Ensuring Staff wellness and their motivation

15. Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers and

16. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

17. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs

18. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follows-up to ensure training objectives are met

19. Planning of Manpower company-wise and Business-unit-wise.
