ROLE SUMMARY:
- Reporting to the Head of Distribution HR, the incumbent will be Head of HR for a particular channel, comprising of more than 2500 employees, the incumbent will work directly with the respective Channel Leadership, drive and own world class HR Agenda and deliver HR best practices and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area.
- S/he will be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining a team of competent employees, creating a high performance and positive work culture.
- The incumbent will work in partnership with Channel Head to provide specialist coaching, support & influence that enables key Business deliverables. S/he will be responsible where appropriate to manage the relationship with the Business Partner(s) as well.

- HR Strategy for Growth Channel, DCC and Strategic Alliances
- Organizational Design
- Talent Management and Development for the Channel(s) employees
- Build Organization Culture and Reinforce Values
- Performance & Compensation Management
- Employee Relations and Communication
- HR Policy Deployment & development
- Project Management
- Provide Training & Coaching as required
Job Specifications:
- Master of Business Administration or Equivalent Degree with 14+ years of experience in relevant field
- Exposure to retail / banca sales Human Resources environment within BFSI preferred
- Should have managed a region with proven team management skills
