We are exclusively working on HR Head mandate with one of our growing technology services clients which excels in delivering niche solutions in Blockchain, Cyber Security, Fastag based Tolling Platforms & Logistics, 3D Printing, IoT and Data Science.
They are looking to hire seasoned HR Head with 17+ years of work experience with people management and senior stakeholder management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage team and report to CEO.
- Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
- Develop and execute HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
- Develop and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
- Participate and represent company in internal & external forums.
Key essential to qualify for this role:
- Masters / Post Graduate degree in Human resource
- At least 17+ years of experience in leadership position.
- Solid background of working with IT services or technology companies in HR department.
- Strategic planning & vision.
