As a Head HR responsible for :
- Providing effective HR Relationship support and solutions to achieve business deliverables
- Partner with the Business to support the Growth Strategy through HR Policies, appropriate staffing framework, for Business as usual and new initiatives
- Build an effective Leadership pipeline through robust Development Programs with high coverage and impact.
- Align with Business on Strategic initiatives and Drive Best in Class Retention in operations.
- Coaching and refreshing knowledge base of leaders on people processes such as PMP, Job Banding, Compensation Philosophy / Structure, Reward and Recognition and all other related HR policies, procedures and systems
- Work closely with Line Management in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain the best talent; help evolve employee development programs to enhance the quality and tenure of existing talent pool
- Partner with other HR support groups - Global Talent, Leadership Training team etc - to ensure the development & delivery of holistic HR products / processes to enhance performance levels.
- Participate in special projects of India Market as a part of the HR Human Capital Plan
Desired Candidate Profile: Full time MBA (HR) from a tier 1 or tier 2 B-School with 15+ years of exp
- Strong demonstrated People Leadership and relationship skills
- Strong analytical skills and numeric capability with working knowledge of Local and International Compensation Practices
- Relevant HR experience in a professional / reputed organization
- Management Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management preferred
- Ability to provide thought leadership , Strong sense of ownership with passion to drive results
- Conflict resolution and change management skills
- Ability to influence others and build alignment on issues
- Excellent Presentation Skills to share HR Concepts/Initiatives with Business
