Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives. Identify areas for improvement in standard operating procedures, team structure, and morale-building initiatives.

- Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop talent acquisition, resource management, Strategy making, Investor management, succession planning, change management to meet current and future talent requirements. (IT Manpower Augmentation exposure preferred to oversee IT talent augmentation line of business as well).

- Compliance and Legal Risk Management: Handle compliance of all internal policies & standards for all applicable legal aspects alongside maintaining & coordination of activities within the purview of HR department policies making and procedures to minimize legal risks.

- Training and Development: Oversee the design and implementation of training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.

- Performance Management: Lead the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and continuous improvement.

- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.

- Reporting and Data Analysis: Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes. Utilize data to inform decision-making and enhance HR practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Exp - Minimum 12-17 yrs

- Should have an experience of handling the entire portfolio of Head HR role and responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of IT / IT augmentation / NBFC / Fintech workforce with a proven track record into change management, project transitions & implementation, employee branding & transformation.

- Experience into policy making & strategies along with HR best practices & compliance.

- Demonstrated expertise in dealing with large employee populations and overseeing complex workforce restructuring.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and compliance requirements.
