- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct timely, effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Drive a learning organization through planned training interventions across the business
- Ensuring hiring of the right talent across levels to support Enterprise growth & transformation agenda
- Driving the right organizational communication, cascading the organization vision and ensuring a participative transformation.
- Key participant in the Annual Operating Plans for the organization - Budgeting, maintaining costlines and projections.
- Drive continuous process improvement in HR basis feedback from employees and business stake-holders
- Managing Performance Management System : Driving a performance driven culture in the organization while focusing on quality of discussion and timeline
- Ensuring compliance across various processes and managing audits seamlessly.
