Experience : 15 + years MBA (only premier institutes)

- The responsibility of the role will be as a Strategic HR Head working collaboratively with the business teams and head the entire gamut of HR services in recruitment, compensation, benefits, HR operations, employee engagement, learning and development including OD areas, Training and development, Employee relations & Change management

Formulating and Implementing policies and processes for the employees, to suit the changing needs and aspirations of the organization

Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and driving the appropriate global HR initiatives and programs

Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.

The successful candidate must have minimum of 15 years of relevant experience as a HR Generalist with strong exposure to technology / software development and hold a full-time MBA in Human Resource ( premier institutions).
