Looking for HR Head for a young, new age company belonging to a large business conglomerate. The role holder would lead the function and shall be responsible for people, culture and capability building.
Key deliverables for the incumbent would be:
- Mid term planning and strategizing for sustainable growth
- New innovation, capabilities and growth oriented culture in the organization
- Partnering Business by building capacities for growth and cost-effective HR delivery
- Technology enabled HR systems and processes for transparency and improved compliance
- Driving excellence in employee life cycle management, performance management and productivity improvements
- Developing robust skilling and learning framework to drive capability building through a combination of hybrid learning, job rotation and cross functional project teams
- Key management initiatives at the organization and function level
- Stakeholder management
Ideal Candidate
- MBA HR from reputed organization with 12-15 years experience in HR domains like Talent Management, Leadership Development, Processes & Compliance, HR Operations and Delivery.
- Last 5 years proven track record in well known hi-tech and/or digital ecosystem companies would be preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience of heading the function would be desirable.
- Only candidates willing to operate from or relocate to Chennai should apply.
