The position reports into the President and is based out of major city of Orissa.
The incumbent shall be responsible for :
- HR & Administration of around 250 employees.
- Initiate career planning and succession planning.
- Institute PMS.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration.
- Identification of Learning & Development needs and administer the initiatives.
- Induct talent at different level and initiate programs for attraction, motivation & retention.
- Conduct surveys for employee satisfaction.
- Post graduate Diploma in Personnel with flair for modern practices of HR would be preferred.
