Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Talent Management. The Head of Talent Management will be responsible for leading and managing the talent management function of the organization, which includes succession planning, training and development, employer branding, employee engagement, and talent management. The Head of Talent Management will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, and will work closely with other departments to help drive the overall success of the organization.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management from a Tier 1 Institute
- 7-10 years of experience in talent management or related field.
