Our client is a fast-growing player in the infrastructure space based in Bhubhaneswar.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the development and execution of the human capital strategy for the firm

- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team from a talent standpoint to achieve business objectives

- Provide guidance, counsel, and best practices to the business and the firm's leaders, managers and employees

- Develop and implement the people and talent roadmap in line with the organization's expansion strategy

- Oversee entire HR processes - talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, C&B

- Lead the talent review process to strengthen current and high potential leaders in the firm

- Work closely with the business to understand talent needs and accordingly develop the manpower & talent acquisition strategy

- Develop impactful performance management and reward programs to reinforce high performance culture

- Strategize, develop & sustain a high-performance culture through culture building initiatives

- Motivate teams to improve productivity, drive engagement in the team, and build a culture of high performance and meritocracy, implement an effective, fair and transparent talent management system

- Ensure a high degree of focus on compliance at an organizational level on people related matters

- Monitor all talent management for consistency and fairness to the right talent

- Establish the firm as a great place to work and employer of choice in the industry

Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of strong HR experience

- Mandatory experience in the infrastructure sector

- Experience in an MNC/ Corporate leadership role will be an advantage

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage a large team

- Ability to challenge, influence and weigh in on business decisions in which talent can be the difference between success and failure

- Should be hands on with a strong ability to deliver
