Head Human Resources (Information Technology)
- Responsible for the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs; manages the HR operations, Talent Management, and Recruitment team.
- Work collaboratively with executive management, hiring managers, HR team, and other stakeholders to build a culture of excellence and innovation. In collaboration with leadership facilitate organizational structure/ design discussions and lead the rollout of the new management philosophy
- Provide tools and guidelines to support and implement policies and procedures, domestic and international employment agreements, benefit summaries, and compensation guidelines; maintain a high-quality central HR function, including appropriate technology, systems, and tools, including the use of metrics and people data to inform key decisions using HR Analytics.
- Manage the recruiting, selection process, and onboarding processes. Work with management to ensure the selection of the right candidates for all positions, including Employee Retention policy creation and implementation.
- To strategize employee retention efforts and execute employee training, internal promotion opportunities, issuing bonuses, and improving workplace policies and procedures.
- Manage the performance management process and facilitate improvement of performance management systems and training for domestic and international employees.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration and analysis.
- Ensure high-quality processes in the areas Talent Management with Learning and Development.
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies.
- Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR Managers and executives
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to HR team.
- Responsible for successful execution of succession planning, competency development, performance management, productivity improvement, talent retention, career planning and development for the workforce in liaison with the department and BU heads.
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA in Human Resources with 15+ Years of Experience & last 5 years at a senior level in medium size companies (250 people odd)
2. Should have worked in strategic HR areas, including Talent Acquisition, Performance and Talent Management, PMS, Leadership Development, Restructuring, Change Management and Rewards.
3. Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
4. Ideally should have worked in the organizations having international presence.
5. Ability to work in matrix environment driving collaboration and common objectives
6. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with business teams.
7. Business knowledge and ability to align self with the business.
8. Strong in ethics & integrity
