Core Responsibilities:

- This role is responsible for partnering with senior business leadership to develop and drive HR strategies to develop organizational capability to enable achievement of business objectives.

- Responsible for leading the executive team through succession and talent planning processes to ensure strategic success.

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the Company's HR function and performance. Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the company.

- Work with the Plant Management team to ensure best practices and HR policies are implemented throughout the organization, adapted to local regulations when necessary.

- Develop and execute talent management strategies in order to assess the needs of the business.


- Provide training and direction to leadership on effective performance management practices and processes.

- Build a winning culture to create a competitive advantage to attract and retain superior talent to support achievement of business goals.

- Coach and counsel management on employee relations practices.


- Works with management to develop an effective performance management system.

The ideal candidate will be :

- Broad expertise with Organizational behavior, Change management, Talent management and Acquisition, Policy implementation, Compensation, Benefits, Workforce management, Employee relations, Payroll, Wage negotiations, Bonus settlements, Union elections and Employee welfare programs.

Reporting to the Director - HR, ASAP.

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, Business or other related field required.

- A highly collaborative, Business-minded HR & Employee Relations leader with 15 to 20 years of relevant work experience, ideally supporting the multinational Industrial and Engineering Products Manufacturers Companies / Global Automotive Components Manufacturers situated at MIDC region.

- Strong business acumen and experience aligning HR best practice with Excellent written and oral communication skills along with the ability to facilitate large and small groups.

- Strategic leadership skills with a track record of planning, designing and implementing a comprehensive set of HR initiatives at Manufacturing Plant Units based in MIDC area.

- An assertive, driven, forward thinking and creative individual with a strong appreciation for improving productivity and developing innovative HR solutions.

HRCI or SHRM certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, HRMP, HRBP, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
