Position Name: Head IR and HR
Job Location: Pune
Education: Full time MBA / PGDBM in HR specialization
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and sustain positive work climate by implementing proactive Employee Relations
- Maintain cordial relations with all the external stakeholders such as Government and administrative officials, local authorities, gram panchayat etc.
- Participate in collective bargaining process for the long-term wage settlement, as a key member and extend expertise and support
- Responsible for end-to-end disciplinary process, labour grievance handling, conducting HR investigations, departmental enquiries, and disciplinary proceedings
- Work closely with all the internal and external stakeholders for favorable dismissal of litigation matters keeping in mind the interest of the organization and the employees
- Partner with the business leaders to drive business agenda by putting in place right people practices
- Enable business growth by ensuring Talent availability, capability building, performance culture and harmonious industrial relations
- Drive capability building related processes and ensure competency development for salaried staff. Recruit, develop, promote, and retain high potential employees
- Ensure that key HR policies and processes are effectively communicated and deployed at the location.
- Ensure transparency in HR policies and systems in global organizational policies.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify, design and deploy location specific OD interventions
